Constant evaluation and feedback of the undertaking
When you start starting a business or you are looking for new projects, there are many ideas around what you can do, how it will work, the resources you are going to get, etc., that is often evaluated within an ideal scenario, but you have to keep in mind that within a real scenario, entrepreneurship is dynamic, Many times you can be up, other times you can be down and that's why you have to continuously analyze the feedback you receive and be constantly evaluating your system and strategies, in order to understand the dynamics around your venture.
It doesn't matter what type of venture you're in, it all depends on your actions, it's important to know what people think of what you're doing, it's important to rescue opinions from customers, from people who work with you, It would be ideal since you would be exchanging information with different perspectives, which will make your perspective balanced, since it identifies other options, other opportunities and that allows you to adjust strategies in the market. That's what we call continuous evaluation.
To continuously evaluate is to review your approach and result on a real scale, ask yourself: are you ascending or descending?, do you have better strategies?, do you have greater interaction with customers or not?, what is the impact of your decisions, with respect to other ventures that have the same field?, it is also important to evaluate the trends.
What does this whole process help us for?
To keep us flexible. Because, as I mentioned before, having a business is being in a dynamic market, where changes are constant, where ideas arise and we must have an adaptation thought to be able to confront them at the times we need and thus achieve greater growth according to the results.
