My favorite place in our city is the central Lenin Square. The area is very spacious and well maintained. I really like to walk here when I get home from school. There are a lot of flower beds on the square, roses of different colors and types grow in them.Beautiful shady alleys, which are so pleasant to walk through in the heat.
I especially like to come to the square during the holidays, folk festivals are organized here. On New Year's Eve, they put up a tall Christmas tree, lavishly decorated with large toys and bright garlands. They put on a stage and hold celebrations for children. On Maslenitsa, delicious pancakes are served, an effigy is burned, symbolizing winter, and contests are held. And on the city day, different musicians come here to perform. During graduation, you can see graduates dancing beautifully here.
Interesting events take place on Lenin Square, which is why this is my favorite place in our city.
