My name is José Manuel, I live in Caracas - Venezuela. I am in steemit since August 2018 contributing with my vote to cure content, unfortunately my power is not remarkable enough to have a real impact on the page.

The Community or subject areas you would like to curate
The goal would be to cure real quality content and not use friendships to get votes like many communities do here. To do real healing work as well as teaching newcomers to this world. The main interest being creative content, photography, crafts and similar topics. Always looking for quality content.
El objetivo sería curar contenido de calidad real y no valerse de amistades para obtener votos como muchas comunidades hacen aquí. Hacer un verdadero trabajo de curación además de enseñar a los nuevos que inician en este mundo. Siendo el principal interés el contenido creativo, la fotografía, artes manuales y temas similares. Buscando siempre contenido de calidad.
Your experience and background on Steem
As I mentioned I have been with steemit since August 2018, I have experience in running the site. Currently I have a group in Telegram with more than 800 people where we help all those who want to enter the site and start their journey.
Some of the people in the group with me are: @alexa.art @brataka @variety @wesp05 @roxkat @anayjavier and @elsan.artes We can still grow a lot more and if we receive support from the project this growth would be further enhanced.
Additionally in my youtube channel I started with a video of steemit. It's a small channel, but I want to contribute as much as possible to this community. If necessary I could create a discord to organize the healing of content.
Como mencione tengo en steemit desde agosto del 2018, tengo experiencia en el funcionamiento de la página. Actualmente tengo un grupo en Telegram con más de 800 personas donde ayudamos a todos los que quieran ingresar a la página y empezar su viaje.
Parte de las personas del grupo que están conmigo son: @alexa.art @brataka @variedades @wesp05 @roxkat @anayjavier y @elsan.artes Aún podemos crecer mucho más y si recibimos apoyo del proyecto este crecimiento estaría más potenciado.
Adicionalmente en mi canal de youtube empecé con un video de steemit. Es un canal pequeño, pero quiero aportar lo más posible a esta comunidad. De ser necesario se podría crear un discord para organizar la curación de contenido.
Any languages you are fluent in
The main language of healing will be in Spanish, but we can also work with English. I feel that the content in Spanish needs more support, there are many people creating good content that have no support of any kind.
El lenguaje principal de curación será en español, pero también podemos trabajar con el inglés. Siento que el contenido en español necesita más apoyo, existen muchas personas creando buen contenido que no tienen apoyo de ningún tipo.
Why you think you would make a good curator
In addition to curing content, I also want to attract more people to the platform. Use my youtube channel as a teaching tool to encourage more people to join. I want to make steemit a quality platform, which is free of plagiarism and where every topic brings value to its readers.
Además de curar contenido, quiero también atraer más personas a la plataforma. Utilizar mi canal de youtube como una vía de enseñanza para animar a más personas a entrar. Quiero hacer de steemit una plataforma de calidad, que no tenga plagio y que cada tema aporte valor a sus lectores.
