Application For May 2022 Steemit Engagement Challenge
We submit the application for participation for the month of May.
this engagement will not only increase engagement on the Steemit platform, but will also take into account which communities are commenting the most. Of course, Steemit is not just a platform to write and vote. It needs interaction and comment. As the Steemit-turkey community, we have been doing what needs to be done in this application for months. Although the number of people is small, the interaction is good. We motivate our friends to interact with them by giving information in our community groups.

Purpose of Community
Our community is a community of countries. Steemit is the official country community on the platform. Therefore, it is a community that welcomes Turkish users and is active with foreign users. Turkish users share and interact with each other under a community.
aims to support Until today, we have made users love steemit and encouraged them to be active with many contests and events. It is a Turkish Community that aims to be permanent on the steemit platform and aims to be its own curator.
Our biggest goal so far has been to establish our own curatorship by casting all the votes from the curator. but since there is no support from the curators, we are trying to achieve this by delegation of users.

Short History
Steemit-Turkey community and @steemit-turkiye official account were created two years ago by another Turkish user. After the delegate elections, the manager of the community changed. On May 24, 2021, the curator profile of the official account was received by the representative. I have been managing both the official account and the official Turkish community for about a year.
During this period, our number of users exceeded 1K with the support of many users. and over time, our number of activities had reached 200+. but many users left the system due to vote concerns. Then we sent an e-mail or message to many users to be active many times.
We have made the necessary effort for the development of the community.

Steemit-turkiye Curator Account
The official account was created by @habercitr in March 2021. After I was elected as the representative of Turkey, he voluntarily transferred this account to me. I sent the 1+k SP amounts in it to his personal account from my svm08 account. In this way, a curator account belonging to the official community was created. We found this official account suitable for the community to have the same name.
The account started with an average of 1k sp. It has now reached 9,149.43 Sp in a full one year time frame.
With 10,529.06SP delegations, the total is 19,678.49 SP.
All keys of Steemit-turkey official account are known by me @svm038 and @habercitr.
Also, @ispin moderator can login with Posting key.
We manage the account jointly and on designated days per week.
We organize quality selections, competitions and events together. We write comments and encourage users.
Checking the community's posts is shared at my discretion. In addition, the person who manages that day will definitely give the quality tag to each selected post. He supports by writing comments from his official account and personal account.
We support each other in the community with both trail and manual voting.
Also, we've always been good at interpreting and interacting. because we motivated each other about it and acted in a way that benefited the community.
We interact with the majority of Turkish users in the community and are committed to improving their posts. For information and warning, moderators and I make the necessary warnings in the groups.
In addition, there are some things that users should do when they are just starting out in order to increase the quality of the community and make the activity permanent;

Although there are many new and old users, the majority fit the #club100 hashtag. They write their posts with patience and care.

desteklemeyi amaçlamaktadır. bugüne kadar bir çok yarışma ve etkinlik ile kullanıcılara steemiti sevdirdik ve aktif olmaları için teşvik ettik. steemit platformunda kalıcı olmalarını hedefleyen ve kendi kuratörlüğünü hedefleyen Türk Topluluğudur.

Steemit-Türkiye topluluğu ve @steemit-turkiye resmi hesabı iki sene önce başka bir türk kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Temsilci seçimlerinden sonra topluluğun yöneticisi değişti. 24 Mayıs 2021 günü ise resmi hesabın kuratörlük profili temsilci tarafından alındı. Yaklasık bir senedir hem resmi hesabı hemde resmi türk topluluğunu yönetmekteyim.
Bu sürede bir çok kullanıcının destekleriyle kullanıcı sayımız 1K yı geçti. ve zamanla aktiflik sayımız 200+e ulaşmıştı. fakat oy kaygısından dolayı bir çok kullanıcı sistemi bıraktı. bunun üzerine bir çok kullanıcıya çok kez aktif olmaları için e mail veya mesaj gönderdik.
topluluğun gelişmesi için gerekli çabayı gösterdik.
Bugüne kadar ki en büyük amacımız kuratörden gelen tüm oyları sp yaparak kendi kuratörlüğümüzü kurabilmekti. fakat kuratörlerden herhangi bir destek olmadığı için kullanıcıların delegasyon yapmasıyla bunu başarmaya çalışıyoruz.

Steemit-türkiye Kuratörlük Hesabı
Resmi hesap mart 2021 tarıhınde @habercitr tarafından oluşturuldu. türkiye temsilcisi seçilmem sonra kendi rızası ile bu hesabı bana devretti. içinde bulunan kendisine ait 1+k SP miktarlarını svm08 hesabından, kendisine ait şahsi hesabına gönderdim. bu sayede resmi topluluğa ait kuratörlük hesabı oluşturuldu. topluluğun aynı isminde olması için bu resmi hesabı uygun bulduk.
Hesap ortalama 1k sp ile başladı. Şuan tam bir senelik zaman dilimde 9,149.43 Sp ye ulaştı.
