I liked the topic of this competition very much. This is a great competition in which all the people who love cooking can easily participate in it and everyone will get a chance to see the recipes shared by everyone through this competition. I would like to thank @lirvic for organizing this competition.

Today I am sharing with you a recipe that you can eat anytime in your breakfast. This recipe does not require a lot of ingredients and can be used to prepare a tasty and crunchy snack in no time with just a few ingredients found at home. Today I am sharing with you the crispy breakfast of Poha and Potato. Which looks very tasty to eat.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING POHA POTATO BREAKFAST

First of all, to prepare Poha Potato Breakfast, we will take potatoes and a bowl of Poha. We have to keep the potatoes to boil in hot water wash the poha with water and let it sit for some time so that the poha gets soaked well in water.

After the potatoes are boiled, the peels of the potatoes have to be peeled. After that, if Poha is also soaked well, we have to mash it. Then we have to mash the potatoes and add them to the mashed poha.

Now we have to prepare the onion, green chili, and green coriander by finely chopping them. First of all, we have to add onion. After that we have to add green chili, ginger-garlic paste, and green coriander.

Now we have to add all the ingredients like red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala, gram masala, and salt.

Now we have to take a lemon and gram flour. We have to extract lemon juice and add gram flour.

After adding all the ingredients, we have to mix it and prepare it like dough. Now we can make it in whatever shape we want. I have prepared it in three sizes. After it is made, we will fry it in oil.

So now this breakfast is ready. It tastes great with tomato sauce, so I have taken tomato sauce to eat it here.
