Becoming a part of something bigger
The one that always stays at the back of my mind is; a question, how long do I want to stay in the frequency I am in the present moment, whether it is good or not is a different thing.
When life takes us 2 steps ahead it will also bring us 1 step behind sometimes, the rubber band effect, so it is not always that one will keep rising and rising without facing hurdles on the way.
I love this analogy of River meeting with the Ocean and I believe that nature is truly inspirational to teach us so many lessons of life without any cost in the most effective manner. When the river enters the Sea, it has by then traveled through the mountains, crossed the various paths, winding roads, been through the rocks and been hit so many times and eventually after all of that merges with the mighty ocean and becomes a part of the mighty ocean. And thus is life, we keep going through the winding roads, sometimes feeling that this road never has any end, but then sometimes the end of the road is just around the corner.
The very existence of Life is to learn, progress and finally merge with our source. we keep taking birth life after life to learn our lessons and keep growing. Finally the end goal of our spirit is to merge with the oneness but for that we need to work a lot on ourselves. The ultimate oneness is infinite and when we grow in our spirit we also become part of this infinite eventually, but for that there are many many lessons to be learned and hurdles to be crossed. Journey of merging from self consciousness to universal consciousness is a big leap and it takes many many life times, but do we give up? I don't think we ever do that. We keep coming to learn our lessons and progress because at our soul level we know that our ultimate goal is to merge with the source, the oneness.
But the most important thing is to keep this goal in mind with full realization only then can we achieve our goal. If we always have this in our sight we will always be mindful about our energy level and the frequency that we are in. Just the last couple of months it has been so draining for me that I could literally myself coming down, irritation building up, feeling stressed and what not, but then soon I realized that this is not helping me, it is rather bringing me down further. It takes years of efforts to grow and just some moments to come down and if we would feed these moments then for sure we will need to do all the work again.
Our vibrations an frequency really shapes up our lives. So being mindful about it is for our highest good. The aim of our lives is to not earn money, have a thriving business, or taking care of families and all of that. The only aim of our existence is to become a part of the oneness at the end of our journey and all these are just experiences that will allow us to do the needful.
Our energy is not something that we can measure it with some instrument, it's just the inner feeling and the knowing. Also the way things are going around, what is getting attracted to us, all of this will show what is our energy level. We may have everything we want and still be in a low frequency and we may have nothing and still be in the highest frequency. We may be in the most comfortable position in life with everything going very easy and still be in the lower frequency and we can be in the most challenging situation and still be in the higher frequency. Our thoughts do play a major role in all of this and in shaping our life.
The higher our energy, the higher is the vibration and better is the frequency that we are in and v.v. and with that we will attract things as per that energy level in our life.
So when we keep this ultimate goal of our life in mind, that we are a part of something bigger and that at the end we need to merge with this oneness is the true accomplishment of life.
