Today I will talk to you about NFT. In fact I will discuss how you can use NFT token and what is the future of this NFT token? I hope you like my post.

First of all I would like to tell you what an NFT token really is. An NFT token is a token where unique information can be stored in each token using its smart contacts. And this is why NFT tokens differ from one another. This is why these tokens are called non-fungible tokens.

If this sounds difficult to you, then I simply want to tell you - suppose you have a 20 taka note from a very old day and your friend has a 20 taka note. Now the value of your friend's money and the value of your money will be the same. You will never make any profit by exchanging it. There is no benefit in doing this. It's called fungible.

And if I want to talk about non-fungible then I have to say non-fungible token since one is different from 1. I would like to give an example from this that you have an NFT and another one has an nft token but its value will not be one. This is because the main feature of NFT is the key to which the token is stored which determines the value of the token. That is why the value of NFT of you and others will not be the same and another major feature is that this token can never be broken.

The fact is that we can use NFT tokens in different ways. If you have learned good art then you can make some art in different ways and then put it in NFT marketplace. When any buyer likes this art then he will buy it with the price of NFT token. At this point if you ask me where the NFT marketplace is. Then I would say that there are many NFT markets that you can find by searching on Google.

We all know that NFT art is made but there can be no copy and you need to have a specialty for each T-Art. However, you can earn a lot more by using this skill. If you can put your art in the NFT marketplace. Then maybe in the future the price of this job will be much higher and you will be able to sell it later according to the price of NFT markets. And its value can be determined by the markets and its value will never be the same as one NFT token is usually different from one to another.

I can also give you another example. Decentraland (MANA) tokens contain their work is a decentralized world. You can buy any land or land from this decentralized and you can build a house in the place where you will be. As we can in our real life.

Especially if we want to buy and sell land in it but we can definitely use NFT.

Because in our country, if we go to buy and sell land, we have a lot of problems. And much more time is needed. And one thing is for sure we all know that selling this land here is the biggest fraud. But if we do this by blockchain, then the matter can be done in a very transparent way and it can be done in a very easy way. The heirs of any land can be easily identified and no person can commit fraud in the sale of this land.

Maybe we can wait a while and see this land used for NFT. Because we all know that there is a lot of talk about blockchain in our country already and study on blockchain has officially started.
