1000 GIORNI DI STEEM - Fine settimana... 09/07/2023 - Giorno 96
And here I am ready for this new post in my diary.
Currently I'm going to the average of a post every 2/3 days but, I'm sure, I'll be able to return pounding as in the past heh heh!
This weekend I have to admit it was really relaxing and fun at the same time; of course it's not finished yet so, I have a few hours to enjoy before it rolls over into the new week.
Friday evening I went to the nutritionist, the visit says that this week I have lost only 300 grams which confirms that I am allergic to nickel because, after following a diet without this element for two months, we have gone on to add it again in the last seven days.
Obviously the "Doc" immediately sent me a nickel-free diet which I will follow for the next two weeks, if I resume losing weight steadily and regularly we will have the confirmations we expect which will mean... bye bye nickel!
After the visit I went to pick up my parents and Reny and we went to the "CatonaTeatro" to attend the dance recital of our granddaughter Ariel and her mother.
Really nice and fun evening, when you are together with your family it is always good in my opinion!
Until now we have spent Saturday and Sunday relaxing; I confess that I am also working on weekends but this obviously does not take time away from my family, this happens for two reasons: the first is that I am working mainly at night in order to take advantage of the hours when I don't get sleepy, the second is that in the afternoon hours when I work my better half rests; Samuele is getting older and the fatigue is starting to make itself felt. By order of Dr. Reny, she must rest and exert herself as little as possible.
Last night, as you can see from the profile picture, we also treated ourselves to a good hamburger; in reality we did not consume it on site but we had everything packaged to take away and ate at home.
The crowd in the premises was really great and we preferred to enjoy the tranquility of home and the comfort of our sofa.
We love to eat on the couch on a Saturday night while watching something on TV eh eh!
Today the heat is felt so the rhythms we have assumed are really very low; I'm taking the opportunity to do some research, as well as to write but, I confess, the heat is really too much, in fact I think I'll dive into the bath as soon as possible to cool off a bit.
Well now I salute you, I don't want to spend the whole afternoon at the PC and then, as I just said, I need to freshen up.

Ed eccomi pronto per questo nuovo post del mio diario.
Attualmente sto andando alla media di un post ogni 2/3 giorni ma, sono certo, che riuscirò a tornare martellante come in passato eh eh!
Questo fine settimana devo ammettere che è stato davvero rilassante e allo stesso tempo divertente; naturalmente ancora non è terminato quindi, ho qualche ora da godermi prima che si scollini nella nuova settimana.
Venerdì sera sono stato dal nutrizionista, la visita dice che questa settimana ho perso solo 300 grammi il che conferma che sono allergico al nichel poiché, dopo aver seguito per due mesi una dieta senza questo elemento, negli ultimi sette giorni siamo andati ad aggiungerlo nuovamente.
Ovviamente il "Doc" mi ha subito mandato una dieta priva di nichel che seguirò per le due settimane a venire, se riprenderò a perdere peso in maniera costante e regolare avremo le conferme che ci attendiamo il che vorrà dire... ciao ciao nichel!
Dopo la visita sono andato a prendere i miei Genitori e Reny e ci siamo recati al "CatonaTeatro" per assistere al saggio di danza della nostra nipotina Ariel e della sua mamma.
Serata davvero bella e divertente, quando si è insieme alla propria famiglia si sta sempre bene secondo me!
Il sabato e la domenica, fino a questo momento li abbiamo passati rilassandoci; Ti confesso che io sto lavorando anche nel fine settimana ma, ciò ovviamente non leva tempo alla mia famiglia, questo avviene per due motivi: il primo è che sto lavorando principalmente di notte in maniera da sfruttare le ore in cui non mi viene sonno, il secondo è che nelle ore pomeridiane in cui lavoro la mia dolce metà riposa; Samuele si sta facendo grande e la fatica comincia a farsi sentire, Per ordine della dottoressa Reny deve stare a riposo ed affaticarsi il meno possibile.
Ieri sera, come puoi vedere anche dall'immagine del profilo, ci siamo concessi anche un buon hamburger; in realtà non lo abbiamo consumato in loco ma ci siamo fatti confezionare tutto da asporto e abbiamo mangiato a casa.
La ressa nei locali era davvero tanta ed abbiamo preferito godere della tranquillità di casa e della comodità del nostro divano.
Noi adoriamo mangiare sul divano il sabato sera mentre guardiamo qualcosa in Tv eh eh!
Oggi il caldo si fa sentire quindi i ritmi che abbiamo assunto sono davvero bassissimi; io ne sto approfittando per fare qualche ricerca, oltre che per scrivere ma, Ti confesso, l'afa è davvero troppa infatti credo che quanto prima mi tufferò nella vasca da bagno per rinfrescarmi un po'.
Bene ora Ti saluto, non voglio passare l'intero pomeriggio al pc e poi, come appena detto ho la necessità di rinfrescarmi.

Per i prossimi giorni ho deciso di andare avanti a riso in bianco con un goccio di olio e un po' di parmigiano, appena mi disintossico seguo la dieta con le ricette che mi ha dato il doc, alla fine si tratta di aggiungere un po' di pesce e un po' di carne al riso lol! :-)
