Immaginate una società dove si dà più importanza ai legami umani e alla solidarietà che al denaro? A darci un assaggio di tutto questo il Festival del Dono, che si svolgerà il prossimo giugno, in uno degli angoli più suggestivi della Liguria

In un mondo dove tutto ruota attorno al denaro e all’accumulo delle ricchezze, si fa sempre più fatica a dare senza aspettarsi una ricompensa, sia che si tratti di oggetti che di tempo. A ricordarci quanto sia necessario e liberatorio riscoprire la bellezza della gratuità e dell’essere umani ci pensa il Festival del Dono, in programma dal 19 al 23 giugno in Liguria.

L’evento, organizzato dal Movimento Universale del Dono e giunto alla terza edizione, si terrà in una cornice da sogno, ovvero presso il Lago delle Lame, nel Parco Naturale dell’Aveto, nel rigoglioso entroterra genovese.

L’idea alla base dell’iniziativa è tanto semplice quanto potente: aiutare la coscienza del Dono a riemergere nell’attuale società per rafforzare i legami autentici, basati sull’amore, sulla solidarietà e sul senso di comunità.

Il dono è sacro e riporta sacralità nelle nostre vite. Non è scambio, non è baratto, non è offerta libera ed è l’opposto di gratuito, perché ha valore infinito. – chiariscono gli organizzatori –Nel dono c’è il riconoscimento dell’anima, infinita e non quantificabile, per questo è veicolo di libertà, autentica gioia ed infinita abbondanza.

Le attività in dono durante il festival

Per cinque giorni sarà possibile prendere parte a svariate attività offerte in dono (niente baratto o offerta libera!), dalla biodanza allo yoga, dai canti medicina alla cerimonia del solstizio, dalle conferenze ai concerti. Sono previste, inoltre, anche diverse attività per i più piccoli.

Nel parco sarà allestito pure un mercato, dove ciascuno potrà portare e prendere lIberamente oggetti di qualunque tipo, dai vestiti ai giochi, dai libri agli utensili, e molto altro. Al festival del dono sono tutti i benvenuti.

“Chi non dona pratiche potrà donare aiuto nell’organizzazione come ad esempio un servizio in cucina, all’accoglienza e così via” spiegano i promotori dell’iniziativa.

Come partecipare

Nell’area verde in cui si svolgerà il festival ci si può accampare con la tenda o soggiornare in camper. Coloro che preferiscono una soluzione più comodo, possono optare per i b&b presenti nella zona.

Rimango spesso affascinata e ammirata dalla capacità delle persone di realizzare cose semplici ma cariche di valore. L'idea del dono è potentissima, donare qualcosa per il solo gusto di donare, fa stare bene chi lo fa e chi lo riceve!

Imagine a society where more importance is given to human ties and solidarity than to money? Giving us a taste of this is the Festival of Giving, which will take place next June in one of the most evocative corners of Liguria.

In a world where everything revolves around money and the accumulation of riches, it is increasingly difficult to give without expecting a reward, whether it is objects or time. A reminder of how necessary and liberating it is to rediscover the beauty of gratuitousness and of being human is provided by the Festival del Dono, scheduled from 19 to 23 June in Liguria.

The event, organised by the Universal Giving Movement and now in its third edition, will be held in a dream setting, namely at Lago delle Lame, in the Aveto Natural Park, in the lush hinterland of Genoa.

The idea behind the initiative is as simple as it is powerful: to help the consciousness of Giving re-emerge in today's society in order to strengthen authentic bonds based on love, solidarity and a sense of community.

Giving is sacred and brings sacredness back into our lives. It is not exchange, it is not barter, it is not free offer and it is the opposite of gratuitous, because it has infinite value. - clarify the organisers -In the gift there is recognition of the soul, which is infinite and unquantifiable, which is why it is a vehicle of freedom, authentic joy and infinite abundance.

Giving activities during the festival

For five days, it will be possible to take part in a variety of activities offered as gifts (no bartering or free offers!), from biodance to yoga, from medicine songs to the solstice ceremony, from lectures to concerts. Various activities for children are also planned.

A market will also be set up in the park, where everyone will be able to bring and take items of all kinds, from clothes to games, from books to tools, and much more. Everyone is welcome at the gift festival.

"Those who do not donate paperwork will be able to donate help in the organisation, such as a service in the kitchen, at the reception, and so on," explain the promoters of the initiative.

How to participate

In the green area where the festival will take place, one can camp with a tent or stay in a camper van. Those who prefer a more comfortable solution can opt for b&b accommodation in the area.
