Considerations
These days I was just thinking about social platforms built on blockchain.
In this regard I found a ranking drawn up by Coingecko which I consider interesting.

Personal considerations:
As for Odysee, I know that it is an alternative to YouTube and I understand that it is built on a blockchain called LBRY. In this ranking we see 3 social media platforms dedicated to video sharing which are: Odysee, DLive, DTube
Second place is occupied by Steemit, the first blogging platform built on blockchain. The blockchain on which Steemit is built is STEEM, a Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) blockchain created by Dan Larimer.
Gab is a social network that I don't know and it's the first time I've heard of it. It would appear to be an alternative to X (ex-Twitter) built with blockchain technology.
Social media built on blockchain has the main purpose of rewarding content creators for the contribution they make. Furthermore, a crypto social platform rewards not only the creators, but also those who comment or issue upvotes (the old Facebook LIKES). He understands that the purpose of a crypto social network is very important and is to redistribute the money that circulates around the platform.
Basically, the situation of the old social media is reversed where the time spent on the platform could be considered money, but which did not enter the pockets of the users, but of the few who managed the platform. Now this mechanism is being subverted and only part of the time dedicated to the platform goes towards the foundation that manages the platform itself, but the rest is distributed among users via an algorithm that regulates the rewards.

Conclusions
Social media platforms built on blockchain are growing and I believe they will become more and more popular in the coming years.

In questi giorni stavo proprio pensando alle piattaforme social costruite su blockchain.
A questo proposito ho trovato una classifica redatta da Coingecko che reputo interessante.

Considerazioni personali:
Per quanto riguarda Odysee so che è un’alternativa a youtube e mi risulta che sia costruito su una blockchain chiamata LBRY. In questa classifica vediamo 3 piattaforme social media dedicate alla condivisione video che sono: Odysee, DLive,DTube
Il secondo posto è occupato da Steemit, la prima piattaforma di blogging costruita su blockchain. La blockchain su cui è costruito Steemit è STEEM, una blockchain Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) ideata da Dan Larimer.
Gab è un social che non conosco ed è proprio la prima volta che lo sento nominare. Sembrerebbe essere un’alternativa ad X (ex-Twitter) costruita con tecnologia blockchain.
I social media costruiti su blockchain hanno come scopo principale di ricompensare i creatori di contenuti per il contributo che essi danno. Inoltre una piattaforma crypto social ricompensa, non solo i creatori, ma anche chi commenta o chi emette degli upvotes (i vecchi LIKE di Facebook). Comprende che fine ha un crypto social è molto importante ed è quello di ridistribuire il denaro che gira attorno alla piattaforma.
Sostanzialmente viene ribaltata la situazione dei vecchi social media dove il tempo passato sulla piattaforma poteva essere considerato denaro, ma che non entrava in tasca agli utenti, ma ai pochi che gestivano la piattaforma. Ora questo meccanismo viene sovvertito e solo una parte del tempo che viene dedicato alla piattaforma va verso la fondazione che gestisce la piattaforma stessa, ma il resto viene distribuito tra gli utenti tramite un algoritmo che regola le ricompense.

Conclusioni
Le piattaforme social media costruite su blockchain stanno crescendo e credo che nei prossimi anni diventeranno sempre più popolari.
