The simple act of walking outdoors. Feeling the invigorating effect of the fresh morning breeze caressing your face. To notice how the sun rises and gradually warms the atmosphere. Walking along trails that wind along the slopes, around the cliffs and through the mountain passes. And enjoy the views that change with every step, the sound of the silence of the mountain and the aromas coming from below. After facing the challenge of a long climb, among bare rocks, comes the moment of satisfaction of reaching the top and, despite the fatigue and exhaustion, enjoying the feeling of being alive.
El simple el acto de estar al aire libre. Sentir el efecto vigorizante de la brisa fresca de la mañana acariciando el rostro. Notar cómo el sol se alza y va caldeando el ambiente, poco a poco. Avanzar por senderos que se internan por las laderas, rodean canchales y atraviesan los collados. Y disfrutar de unas vistas que cambia a cada paso, de ese sonoro silencio de la montaña, y de los aromas que llegan desde abajo. Después de enfrentarse al reto de una subida prolongada, entre rocas peladas, es el momento de la satisfacción por alcanzar la cima y, pese al cansancio y agotamiento, gozar de la sensación de estar vivo.
