I watched the new adaptation of Sophocles' play Antigone at Istanbul City Theatre. It was pretty impressive. The references to the present made me feel the play more. It is a 90-minute one-act play. The important writer Sabahattin Ali translated Sophocles' precious play into Turkish. The successful actor Engin Alkan is in the director's chair.
