How People Adopt to Change On the Blockchain (Talking to steemians via WhatsApp to support club5050)
Good evening steemians all over the globe. It's always a pleasure to come into your homes. The world is on the run, people are wondering what steps to take. Businesses are struggling to survive in terms of new trends.
Steem is also going through same with the introduction of club5050 which is a somewhat different from 100% powerup. When some of us started on steem, we used to set our post on 100% powerup because, the idea was to build and to grow. That's was loved and appreciated by our curators. There were still challenges when it comes to how votes and rewards were distributed.
No one has a clear knowledge on how people vote, whether it's based on quality content, consistency or who you know on the blockchain.
Investing in your future is worth embracing because you are going to see higher returns in the new future.
I have critically read post and comments on the blockchain, where a lot of people have shared their views on the initiative and how best it's going to benefit us. Others too are of a different view. But in all these, the bottom line is that, the value of steem needs to be higher in the next coming months and we all have to do our part to make it happen.
Castles were not built within a day. Through constant efforts and our small power ups with the initiative, I am very optimistic that, the dream of our curators will be realized.
Making steem grow depends mainly on how this current initiative is accepted by everyone in steem. Proper measures should be put in place in steem-ghana to help members to participate fully. This has caused our active members to go down people even without the initiative, people weren't getting votes and it feels frustrating but like I said nothing good comes easy.
