This is a summary report of the steemit engagament challenge, where I will show the Venezuelan participation during this week April 25 to 01 may, 2022
Before I continue, I want to thank all the women who are still active in the community, thank you very much, without your support none of this would be possible. Also, I want to congratulate and thank those women who have decided to contribute their grain of sand for the construction of a good community account through the delegations. Thank you very much for delegating and for trusting us.
Steem Women's Club
We believe that all women should take into account some important things for their growth within the blockchain and the community:
- You must be participating in the #club5050 and be complying with the new rules.
5 quality posts per day are chosen and sent to the booming team "as a suggestion" for rewards. It is important for you to know that the same person is not selected two (2) times per week, as we try to be as fair and equitable as possible so that all women have the opportunity to be rewarded.
We carry out a manual curation through the account @steemwomensclub with the idea of supporting all possible quality publications. Unfortunately, we do not have enough Steem Power to give rewards as generous as the steemit team. However, we seek the union of all the members to be an independent community and not need the mercy of the steemit curation team. That is why delegations are so important. We are counting on you to grow together girls.
We also hope that you make a constant promotion on your social networks of each publication you share with the idea that steemit and steem can reach more people and especially investors. The more investors arrive, the more curators there will be to be able to reward much more publications per day.
Try as much as possible to comply with all the rules, avoid plagiarism and create original or proprietary content. Please avoid mentioning the curation team
@steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02in your posts.

I am sure to have visited each of the publications of all the women of my country and to have supported them with votes, comments.

In summary there were 238 entries, of which 123 belonged to Spanish speaking men and women (Region Venezuela), for a total of 51.9 % of entries.
Below are the best entries that meet all the requirements to be nominated, i.e. they meet the following requirements:
- 50 upvotes received
- 10 comments received
- Good and high quality postings
- 7-7 entries in all the Steemit Engagament contests
- Club75 and club500
- Visited: Number of community publications that the user visited and supported during the contest.

For women active in the community:
If we publish without adding % of beneficiaries, we will not be contributing to the growth of the community where we want to make life. And we will have less possibilities.
If we publish with the beneficiary at 15% to the official account @steemwomensclub there are more chances to receive support from the community account and to be among the best publications of the day.
If we make Power UP of the 50% liquid rewards obtained, and we properly use the hashtag #club5050 "complying with the rules" we have more chances to receive support.
