Amigos de SteemPhotos. Tengo como propósito presentar la belleza de las plantas y flores que se encuentran a la vera de los caminos y que generalmente consideramos malezas o malas hierba. Para eso preparo una serie de publicaciones basadas principalmente en la fotografía, aclarando que apenas soy una principiante en este arte, pero si se captar lo bello y esa belleza es la que quiero compartirles. Si se quedan hasta el final veran una foto sorpresa de una pareja capturada infraganti.

Aunque tiene otros nombres yo la conozco como ARTEMISA, y los primeros recuerdos que tengo con esta planta es gracias a mi abuela. Ella hacia ramas con las que nos bañaba cuando enfermábamos de la piel, también recuerdo que era usada para aliviar dolores menstruales en las mujeres.
Las fotos de arriba corresponden al tallo lleno de flores, estas son pequeñas y se van presentando a lo largo de la parte superior del tallo formando anillos de flores y pequeñas hojas.
Although it has other names, I know it as ARTEMISA, and the first memories I have with this plant are thanks to my grandmother. She made branches with which she bathed us when we got sick of the skin, I also remember that it was used to relieve menstrual pain in women.
The photos above correspond to the stem full of flowers, these are small and appear along the upper part of the stem forming rings of flowers and small leaves.
2: Inicios de la floración | Early flowering
Acá les muestro a la planta cuando su tallo se prepara para florecer noten como va formando pequeños botones que agrupa formando anillos cada cierta distancia en el tallo. Podría confundirse con una espiga pero no lo es. Esta planta produce flores individuales aunque agrupadas.
Here I show you the plant when its stem prepares to flower, notice how it forms small buttons that are grouped into rings every certain distance on the stem. It could be confused with a spike but it is not. This plant produces individual although grouped flowers.

3: Detalles y un plus | Details and a plus
Estas fotos son primeros planos de las puntas del tallo y como se agrupan. Además una foto de una pareja de escarabajos que habian hecho de las flores su nido de amor.
These photos are close-ups of the stem tips and how they are grouped. In addition, a photo of a couple of beetles that had made their love nest out of the flowers.

Beautiful plant with flowers - even if people consider them weeds, they are still beautiful. They are still a part of nature, and they have their uses.
