For detectives: important updates.

Abuse Watcher has been cracking down on spamming, plagiarism, copyright infringement, scamming etc, for a long time. It has also shown the right way by providing guidelines to countless uninformed users. Through this many users have gained knowledge about steemit and are currently working properly.

But now some changes need to be made. We will focus only on pure abuses. Our only goal will be to suppress abuses that directly harm the platform. Some decisions have been taken for this purpose:

Spamming:

• Abuse Watcher will no longer provide guideline service.

• Abuse Watcher will take steps on its own terms with a minimum of three warnings and a maximum of five warnings.

• If there is evidence that the same group or a single person is behind the same type of spamming, separate green signals will not be given for each spamming account.

Plagiarism:

• Posts of users with less than 30 reputation cannot be reported. (Try to find abusers with a reputation above 50.)

• Try to find plagiarism posts that have some potential rewards. It is not good that an abuser will get rewards by posting plagiarized content.

• If the reputation of the plagiarist's account is more than 50, the detective will have a chance to earn more rewards by voting support. (Note: "Votes are not guaranteed.")

Copyright infringement:

• Posts of users with less than 30 reputation cannot be reported. (Try to find abusers with a reputation above 50.)

• If the reputation of the plagiarist's account is more than 50, the detective will have a chance to earn more rewards by voting support. (Note: "Votes are not guaranteed.")

In case of other types of abuse, there is no change in the previous rules.
