minum teh hangat
saat badan sedang kurang sehat seperti ini teh hangat memang menjadi pilihan terbaik.
karena dapat membuat tubuh kita menjadi rileks kembali sehingga jangan dulu minum yg dingin2.
bahkan kopi pun saya hindara saat lagi kurang sehat seperti ini agar tidak tambah parah.
