Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niao Mamuang)
Mango sticky rice is a traditional dessert in Thailand, it is rice made from sticky rice, served with a sauce made from fresh mango and coconut milk. The glutinous rice has a springy texture, the mango is sweet and juicy, and the sweetness of coconut milk makes it a very delicious dessert.
