The first thing to do is wash the glutinous rice thoroughly using water, then drain it so that the rice is completely dry.

After filtered, put the liquid mixture back into the cooking pot, stir until evenly distributed using normal heat until it boils and thickens. If the process is complete, then enter enough pandan leaves into the dough, this is done so that the cake will emit a fragrant aroma.

Then pour the cooked sticky rice into the mixture that is being cooked, stir until evenly distributed until the water is dry and cooked. If the water is dry and the cake batter is heavy, it means the food is cooked.

If it is cooked, remove the cake and transfer it to a container or cake mold, then press the cake until it is solid, this process is carried out while the cake is still hot, if it is cold, the cake will be sticky and cannot be formed. Then let it cool for a while so that the cake is denser and neater when sliced ​​or cut, when the cake starts to cool then it is solid and neat.

Next slice or cut the cake according to your taste, during the cutting process it is better to use a special knife to cut the cake. If the cutting process is complete, then serve the cake one by one on a cake plate and then serve it to your beloved family at home.
