I went for an early morning run before work. This is a route I do quite often and today I broke a new pace record. I managed to average under 6 min kilometres which I am really pleased with. Especially since there are a couple of challenging hills on the route.

I also noticed it was getting a lot lighter in the morning. I hardly had to use my head torch and I am sure in a couple of weeks I will not need to at all.

I felt really good on my run today. Sometimes I just really enjoy it. 😉

The rest of the day was just a normal work day, working from home. I actually found it hard to get my step count past 10 days despite the 5.5 km run.
