La mia carta resoconto Actifit: aprile 20 2020
Ciao a tutti, questo è il mio report actifit di ieri. Ieri ho svolto un sacco di lavori intorno a casa, ma almeno ho completato ciò che avevo iniziato la settimana prima. Ho trovato pure un po'di tempo e le energie per fare 8 km sul tapis roulant (anche se il divieto di andare a fare attività fisica a meno di 200 m è saltato qui in Toscana continuo comunque ad allenarmi a casa, anche se ci sono talmente tante stradine che è veramente difficile incrociare qualcuno).
