I had a good few days and now again I'll be not walking and working as much as I did for the last few days.

I'm not as busy now and my activities fall and I get lazy.

I ate some sugar free sweets today because I didn't want to end up eating sugar sweets at home as my uncle sent some boxes of sweets. It's better to eat sugar free sweets.

I was fasting today and it was a good day. I didn't get hungry. I'll make sure to fast on Saturday.
