My Actifit Report Card - April 28, 2021

Walking with friends is fun!

You can discuss anything and everything under the sun. You can talked about what happened to you at work, whose the person you hated the most, what is the best thing happened during the day and everything best and worst about that day will be the topic for the walking session.

We left the office at around 6:17 pm, we decided to have a walk and chat for 20 minutes. While walking, me and Tin have our own topic, while the three at the back has their own conversation.

I used to wear my Melissa Shoe whenever I go to work. I am very comfortable wearing flat and soft shoe. Plus the color beige is simply elegant and cute. Such a great used while walking in the subdivision.

The sky is amazingly beautiful. The pinky orange and bluish color up there adds a very attractive scenery to witness. Each sides that has trees and it’s calm ambiance gives us more relaxing vibes to walk.

Reaching halfway consumes 10 minutes of walking. Of course no more sunlight up there. You can catched your own shadow as it reflect on the road together with the street lights.

Yes, we feel the sweat. Another reason why all of us likes to walk because of our goal to exercise. Everyday at work, we used to sit on our respective chair, do things in the computer with the cool air of aircon. The time for us to exercise is just limited so will embrace this things while enjoying our bond together.

Going up to the main road from halfway takes us another 10 minutes. That’s the total of 20-minute from work to the main road. A 20-minute brisk walk can burn 70 to 100 calories in a day. In Cardio Activity, it is proven that we can lose 10 pounds if we do a brisk walking daily.

Walking is a good cardio exercise which goods to our muscle and can makes our heart and lungs more stronger. And reaching the main road gives us sweating and feels more energized. For some, walking gives a tiring feeling, different from our perspective, we are motivated and happy at the same time of spending another 20-minute bond with friends.

Walking in a quiet place can makes you scared at times, but with the help of the amazing nature and good friends, you’ll forget that feeling and you’ll just enjoy it at its best.
