My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2020

Hello! It's a little bad days for small business owners. But I don't fall apart. I take better advantage of the days doing late management, evaluating my own hospitality business, etc. I also have more time to exercise every day, there are no excuses. Yesterday I went for a run and today for the first time I tried to do yoga together with some friends. "observe sensations" ....
