My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2022
I was in the office yesterday so for lunch I went to the mall and walked around a little after eating. I also walked to a couple of nearby gyms...the Pokémon Go kind. It's not quite up to my goal of 10,000 steps but still better than I've been doing lately.
