My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2022
Yesterday I went shopping at an "outdoor mall" that I had not been to in quite a while. The weather was absolutely beautiful with clear skies, bright sunshine and temperatures in the 60s (Fahrenheit). So in addition to a little bit of Christmas shopping, I also got in some steps.
