My Actifit Report Card: June 16 2021

I only manage to run 4km on treadmill today with my slow pace about 50 minutes. Yeah, its slow but still proud i hit my 5000 activity point for today.

After doing the running , making some weight training . I do feel hungry today since i try to cut my food intake .

My body start to feel ache because i havent do any training for long time. To night i just sleep early to wake early morning tomorrow to watch semi final between 76ers vs haws early 7.30 am in my place.

Lets see who ll manage go to final . Time to sleep all , see you tomorrow
