Day 2
Today, the weight loss journey continues. 100 push-ups
100 squats
Jogging
Day 2 do this task. Yesterday I was really tired. Painful leg muscles. Weak fitness. Everything seems to be working against me at all costs. I thought I couldn't make it, but then I made it through. Successfully completed the task with good results in 1 hour. At the end of the day, I also only eat vegetables to limit the amount of protein and starch for the body. Hope day 3 will continue to be as great as the past 2 days. Come on
