Hello friends #actifit #blurt yesterday was a very active day 🥳 I went to my training in the morning, in which I jogged 3.4 km
It was rough 🔥 .. then I went to work

And in the afternoon I went hiking on a hill in my city. The route was 5km 👏🏻👍🏻 how was your Friday?👍🏻

Estuvo rudo 🔥.. luego salí a trabajar

Y en la tarde fui a hacer senderismo en un cerro en mi ciudad. La ruta fueron 5km 👏🏻👍🏻 qué tal fue su viernes ?👍🏻
