Hello friends of Actifit and Blurt, I'm sharing my day with you today🌼☀️In the morning I had to run 2000 meters in the crossfit and I also did exercises with the Kettlebel also called Russian weight 💪🏻… And in the afternoon I met with a friend and we had matcha tea with lemon that was very good 🍵 🏃🏻‍♀️ How was your day?? 🤗

Hola amigos de Actifit y Blurt les comparto mi día de hoy🌼☀️En la mañana me toco correr 2000 metros en el crossfit y también realicé ejercicios con la Kettlebel también llamada pesa rusa 💪🏻… Y en la tarde me reuní con una amiga y tomamos té matcha con limón que estaba muy bueno 🍵 🏃🏻‍♀️ Su día qué tal estuvo ?? 🤗
