Hello friends, I bring you my report of the day 👍🏻 Today the day has been rainy but that has not been an impediment to all the activity I have done, plus crossfit training 👍🏻
Today it's time to run, jump the box, paddle, push press and burpess. You can imagine how it was!
Ahh I also have a new purchase that makes me very happy with some streets for crossfit or GRIP 🙌🏻✔️
