Some insecurities in women and how to handle it

Insecurity is a state where a person is uncertain about his or her own self. And because you are uncertain, it keeps you in a state where you are open to danger and you can't even protect your self.
We live in a world where people, most especially women are expected to act in a certain manner inorder to meet up with the standard and pattern of the, and inorder to do this this things, some women go beyond their reach and the more they go, the more insecure they become and so you see that one is in a constant competition with others.
Let us all take a close look at some of the insecurities that women face now our days and how they can be overcome.

1. Beauty

According to the Oxford dictionary, beauty is a combination of qualities, such as shape, colour, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses,especially the sight. Feeling beautiful is one of those things that women are always scared and insecured about, and some women cover up this fact by applying make-up and some even do surgery to attain their beauty satisfaction. I'm not against make-up or surgery in anyway, if they make you feel better and more confident about yourself then go for it. But while chasing all of this, do not forget to accept the real you because that is what makes you unique from any other person.
Every woman wants to look slim with a perfect shape and for this reason, some women especially young girls start developing eating habit that causes health problems. We all need to be happy with the way we look and appreciate it.
We can go on and on to list those beauty things thay women are unsecured about, but in all this things, always know you are beautiful and there is no such woman in the universe like you.

Relationships
When it comes to relationship, women become so scared of losing their partner and so they are in constant fear. Women wants the men to give them attention and once that attention starts gambling, they become insecure and start stumbling their felve, and once this starts, it gives way for more insecurities like " does he still loves me, am i becoming less attractive, is he seeing another woman, or he just wanted me for sex or maybe other benefit ". Once this insecurities start rising take out time to discuss with your partner. Most often, the absent of communications and mutual respect leads to relationship issue. Love and respect your self, do not let anyone love you more than you love yourself, because there will be a day that those people will be no more and you will feel defeated.

Money, career, and future
It is true that everyone faces this insecurity, and everyone both male or female has their own insecurities but the way they react to what they fear is what makes the difference.
A women become insecured when she can't afford her needs and always have to depend on someone else to provide her needs, this also makes her vulnerable to abuse by the other party who provides.
Woman also are afraid of what will become of them or their kids or those they love. Research has shown that woman are great thinkes and they worry their self so much about the future( family, work or career).
To overcome this, alway make plan ahead of time and don't be in a haste to take decisions. Take good care of your self,but spend wisely. Don't let others take decisions for you because you are responsible for yourself and your future.
