Because the Left here in the US can’t stand the fact the majority of things they want are unconstitutional they are trying an old sleazy tactic from their past. They are taking a page out of FDR’s and the Progressive Democrats’ book. Like they did back then, modern progressives and the far Left want to stack the US Supreme Court with activist judges who will ignore the Constitution in favor of those things they want.
