THE NETHERLANDS | VLISSINGEN BEACH

In Netherlands you won't find many beaches which are located directly in a city, especially not in the region Zeeland. Such a city, with a sandy beach, is Vlissingen, which is a very popular touristic destination. This beach is very easy accessible with any kind of vehicle and u have basically two major options to park your vehicle, either you do it by the road, or your park on a very large parking place a little bit further away. If you park by the road it only takes 30 metres to reach the beach. This beach is recommended for families, it has a normal inclination, is 750 metres long and more than 100 m wide. The water entry is very nice and the point of swim is already after 20 m. Because this is a very touristic and popular dutch destination you have many beach services available on the beach. The same is also true for many different types of restaurants which are mostly located around the beach or in the vicinity. As it is usual for such a touristic destination you have plenty of different options to choose your favourite accommodation.
