Betterlife !! The Diary Game:- My Diary Date: 19-10-2021

Hello, dear steemit friends, This is Atul Pathak. I am currently staying in the Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Now, I am starting my diary of how I spent my day.

Morning Time

Today, I woke up at 07:00 in the morning.
I went to the roof and walk for 15 minutes. I was feeling refreshed and I planned to increase my intensity of exercise today. I came to my room and prepared whey protein shake mixed with banana and milk. I warmed up for 20 minutes and did hardcore exercise for chest and shoulder.

I stopped when I got too much tired.
I relaxed for 30 minutes and stated preparing post workout meal.

After completing meal I went to bath.

After that I went to the market and bought gobhi vegetable and cooked it.
Also I made Puri.

Afternoon Time

I had my lunch at around 01:30 PM.

Today, I want to study some portion of Indian Histroy so I opened the video lecture of my teacher. I have taken paid subscription of him.

He is a good teacher and I didn't get bored from his lectures.

I studied around 5 hour.

Evening Time

It was around 07:00 PM and now, it was time to have a cup of tea. So I made it.
I have tea with khatta meetha namkeen. This is my favourite namkeen.

I again sat for studying the polity lectures and I studied it for 2 hour only because I felt I was loosing my concentration.

I finished studying and took rest for 1 hour and watched TV.

Then I started preparing the dinner.
I made Dal fry & rice.

I had dinner at around 09:30 PM and went to bed.

That's was how I spent my Tuesday (19 Oct 2021).
