Looking for Great Bites 1.

Exploring a city is a great adventure that requires extensive preparation to get around with the limited time available. Part of travelling is immersion into the culture and I like make use of a little spontaneous exploration to let things run wild for a while. You can never quite know what will turn up on a walk across the town. Taking educated guesses or simply keeping a watchful eye out to explore some of the more interesting streets that capture attention is a good way to discover hidden gems.

Part of my city immersion schemes involve eating great local food. No matter where I go, sampling some of the speciality cuisine is the way to go. With an open mind, this can lead to tasting some of the most unique and memorable dishes.
