PINEAPPLE CAKE.

My tropical pineapple cake. Holy moly it is so tasty, moist and super yummy I tell you. We would need;

INGREDIENTS.

1. 6 tablespoons of flour.

2. 1 tablespoon milk.

3. 4 tablespoons of butter.

4. 4 tablespoons sugar.

5. Half tea spoon baking soda.

6. A pinch of salt.

7. 1 egg.

8. Some chunks of pineapple.

   STEP1;
   Blend pineapples to make a paste . Mix all dried ingredients together . Cream butter and sugar till light and soft. Add pineapple puree, mix well. Add eggs and mix till well combined.

   Step2.
   Preheat oven/pot . Sift in dried ingredients and combine till everything is well mixed . Add some drops of food coloring and mix well. Grease and flour pan and bake for 50minuts on mid high. Do the toothpick test and if it comes out clean your cake is ready. Allow to cool down before decorating

Decorations.

1. Half tea spoon egg white.
2. Half teaspoon pineapple juice.
3. A drop of food coloring.
4. Table spoons icing sugar.
5. Few slices of pineapple.
   PROCEDURE.
   Mix egg white, pineapple juice, food coloring. Mix well then add icing mix and decorate as desired. Top with some pineapple.
