I love the simple life! Quality of life is actually better when it is less complicated. When I sit down to eat and everything was grown on our property. There is some kind of great satisfaction in this. The food is better for you and some hard work never really hurt anyone.

Time really seems to slow down out in nature - ample time to enjoy the wonders and the little things. I was just chatting with someone about proccessed vs whole foods - with food, i like to be the one doing the processing :) We know the little one will be eating a wider variety of food once we start growing our own this spring. Thanks @mhmphilippines :)
