We've got two Australorp chicken hens, three Muscovy duck hens, and a Blue-laced Red Wyandotte rooster. The rooster is nice to the duck hens and I've never seen him trying to breed them.

That said, when we get more hens and a couple of drakes this spring, we'll be separating the chickens and the ducks.
