CHECK OUT SOME OF THE ANNUAL VEGETABLES WE'RE GROWING

It's that time of year for us where we're coming out of the cool crop season into the summer crop season.

Picture above is one of the first zucchini squash of the year. Zucchini squash is a house favorite, as far as squash go, at our home. Spaghetti squash is a close second.

The tomatoes are really bushing out and the fruit is Plumping up. We're growing multiple different varieties of tomatoes. There's Roma tomatoes, big boys, Cherokee purple, grape, cherry, yellow grape and Pink Ladies.

We've already got some peppers in the pepper patch. In the picture above are hot banana peppers.

Some of the last of the cool-weather crop, cabbage, are still pumping up. We've already harvested 12 heads of cabbage that went in our weekly CSA.

The carrots are still jamming. We'll start harvesting off this bed next week.

There's quite a few baby yellow crooked neck squash that have sprung up this week. It won't take long at all before these are ready to harvest.

As a reminder please try to buy local produce as much as possible. Getting just one more customer for a local farmer means a lot.

My peppers have gone to crap. My tomatoes seem to be doing pretty good. It is going to be a scarce season for me. I did not get that much planted though.

Looking good! Ive been growing hot bananas the last few years and they were great swapped them this year for hungarian hot waxs hopefully i wobt be disapointed. Keep up the great work

Nice spread! looks like everything is coming along. I have tried the crooked necked squash before with little success. Not sure why as that same year zucchini did very well. Any tips?
