Locate the transaction on your https://steemit.com/@leaving-egypt/transfers page. Here you can find the user name. Then using that user name go to your Steem dollars, {on the same page} you can message them using a small amount of STEEM.
Send 0.001 STEEM using the Transfer process and you can send a thank you message.
