---- Garden Capsicum ----
The garden that just keeps giving :) We have been setting up and trialing a number of methods to get the garden happening where we live. After years of trial and error it seems we have got things right this time around.
Apart from the incredible number of tomatoes harvested thus far, we also have an array of other plants which are going strong and throwing decent produce for us to enjoy.
These capsicums came through real fast and were harvested, cooked up, chopped up and eaten just as fast :) these guys made an appearance in about 4 meals including spaghetti, pizza , and a couple of rounds of tuna melts.
We made sure to keep the seeds from the capsicum for the next round we want to grow, the seed bank is going strong :)
Ooh heck yeah! Probably made a great addition to spaghettz! I'll be getting a few garden things going next month. So far I've just got my kitchen scraps growing. Some green onion and garlic. The veggies and herb garden will happen!
what we have done a few times is chop the onions "top" with a bit more excess and planted them, they have "regrown" another onion, way i see it is sacrifice an inch of onion in one meal for a whole other onion for another meal.... BARGAIN!!! lolz.
But yeah, its so simple when you get it automated and going on its own.... all you gotta do is the initial plant and the harvest when its ready... easy peasy !!!!
