What a Nuclear War With N. Korea Would Look Like

Two Years Later: 1/3 of the world's population is dead and the Earth has effectively become a frozen wasteland.
Five Years Later: A Cancer Pandemic spreads across the globe as another 20% of the population dies from radiation exposure, DNA mutations, continued starvation and lack of medicines.
Ten Years Later: The Earth's ozone layer begins showing signs of improvement. What's left of the Earth's population(1.5 billion) has survived on scavenged food and OTHER meat sources.
There will emerge a plentiful source of protein that feed on the dead and decay... insects!
Technically, there are many cultures that eat them today as a normal staple of survival.
Twenty Years Later: The Earth's temperature has begin to stabilize, but growing seasons have still not returned to normal. Population: 750 million
Thirty to Fifty Years Later: Plant growth and food production begin returning to normal, however, many areas are still not livable due to high amounts of radiation and may not be livable for hundreds(or thousands) of years.
Just to be clear, I am certainly NOT hoping for this to happen, but if it does, hopefully those who were resourceful and ready can rebuild a world better than the one we have today!
It's important to note that this model was based on detonation of only 100 of the world's estimated 15,000 nuclear warheads. Wrap your brain around that one for a minute...
