That's a great idea. Chickens can be picky too, but blending it all together is a great idea! They all seem to like it, and when you put the next round of food in there, if there's any left, it will get soaked up and eaten then. You're saving money on feed, getting healthy feed to your chickens, and making a good use of the "waste" rather than throwing it in the garbage.
