Hello dear friend, have you ever seen or eaten dried fish? Of course the taste of dried fish will be different from the taste of fish usually, but know you how to process it, here I will share a little with my friend stemian.

Fish is one type of food that is widely consumed by society in general. However, to create different flavors, fish are sometimes processed in various ways, such as the traditional way of processing:

These fish previously taken from ponds, there are several types of fish here, such as milkfish and snapper. In this case the fish is cleaned first from the mud-mud attached to the fish body. After cleaning the next step is to cut and split the fish into small size, this is done so that when the fish dried in the sun will hit all parts of the fish, so it becomes more tasty and fragile when eaten.

Traditional drying like this much done by the community if the fish stock exceeds the daily needs. This is done because of several factors such as preventing the fish so as not to rot, want to enjoy the fish with different flavors and can even be a substitute for crackers at any given moment.

That's a little review of how to fish drying traditionally and easily.
