Hello friends,today i am gonna share with you some benefits of honey.
Honey is a sweet,viscous food substance produced by bees and some related insects.bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects though regurgitation,enzymatic activity and water evaporation.

It will be better if you drink 25 grams to 50 grams of honey with warm water every time.during the breakfast,it is also wise to cover bread with it.
It helps to get beautiful skin.you can use it for every type of skin beacuse its not harmful,its natural.it also helps to reduce your weight.
How do you know pure honey-
Fill a glass with water.add one tablespoon of honey into the glass.artificial honey wil dissolve in water and you will see it around the glass.pure honey will settle right at the bottom of your glass.
