The upcoming bill is expected to make changes that would allow residents in Hong Kong to be tried in China...
The proposed bill covers everybody in Hong Kong and not just local residents. It covers foreigners working there , holidaymakers and even those transiting. Basically anyone who sets foot in Hong Kong is at risk.
