The Curse of the Enchanted Map

Whilst investigating the death of a local cleaner, an intuitive homemaker called Luke Giantbulb uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, enchanted map circulating throughout Devon. As soon as anyone uses the map, he or she has exactly 75 days left to live.

The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look distorted. A marked person feels like a hot pigeon to touch.

Luke gets hold of the map, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a sloppy ostrich balancing on a moist cleaner, an old newspaper headline about a biking accident, a hooded rabbit ranting about ankles and a drinking well located in a hilly place.

When Luke notices his arms have pigeon-like properties, he realises that the curse of the enchanted map is true and calls in his brother, a author called Raymond England, to help.

Raymond examines the map and willingly submits himself to the curse. He finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. He finds the sloppy ostrich balancing on a moist cleaner particularly chilling. He joins the queue for a supernatural death.

Luke and Raymond pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded rabbit. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
