Hollywood Hulk Hogan in 1/6 Scale

Everyone from the 80's and 90's will remember this icon! Always charismatic huge and led the wrestling business for years on end is here in 1/6 scale

The company producing the figure is Storm Collectables - a relitively new company that is establishing themselves in the high end figure collectables industry.

Having made other figures like Mike Tyson the company plans to release the great Ali which boxing fans alike will crave to own

The piece comes with loads of accessories

Including alternative hands - great for changing poses
Two head sculpts - neautral and angry expression
Two bandannas
Two sunglasses
Feathers for around the shoulders
Two sets of clothing - in red and yellow , one of which has the open ripped shirt look
A stand for display
Wrist bands and knee pads

The body is a work of art- including the aesthetics needed to pull off the physique credibally - and the functionality to pose the figure ensures you can capture some iconic poses! How this wears over time is yet to be seen but so far the joints are solid and hold poses well without damaging the rubber to the body which will affect the appearance a lot.

The head sculpt is good, however really needs all the accessories - the head band, and glasses to really make the figure appear wow! It's not Hot Toys standard who are the market leaders and generally produce the best detail in the industry.

The clothes and accessories are a must with this piece , and they are needed to fully complete the presence in the cabinet. Without the realism tends to fade and can look a lot more "toyish".

The box is nice and secure illustrating nice eye capturing graphics that complete the Collectable. Held with good quality cardboard and protected with a plastic mounded insert tray.

The stand is nice however not the most stable in the world and for future releases would be great if the company where to include a stronger stand as he figure is heavy .

Overall the piece is an iconic one that would compliment any collection. The realism is incredible when you strike a realistic pose and re live your child hood a little. Plenty of different pose options that hold well and is a lot of fun to photograph.

Typically this is on the market for around £275-£350 as This is a relatively new release and stocks are nearly out from the Hong Kong and American sellers. The re sale market may see an escalation in price as this could become a rare sort piece when the company becomes more established.

Storm Toys deserve a lot of credit for attempting these liscences, the big brands dominate the current movies and rarely these days hits on the nostalgic collector who ironically would have the cash to spend on memories of their child hood.

Future releases are planned for Hulk Hogan which will document the changes he had in his career .
