6 House Dashed by Puting Beliung

At least six houses damaged by tornado in Pusong Kuala Idi Village, Kec. Idi Rayeuk, Kab. East Aceh, Sunday (1/4) approximately at 08:00 WIB.

Damaged houses belong to Amri Ibrahim, Takiyuddin Am Muhammad Hidayat, Mirza and Rusydi. While one other damaged house belonged to Abdullah in the village of Ketapang Mameh, the same sub-district.

Damage occurred on the roof, kitchen and terrace with an average damage 40-80 percent. "Three units were damaged, one unit was lightly damaged and two units were slightly damaged," said Head of BPBD Aceh Timur, Syahrizal Fauzi.

Shortly after receiving the report, the Task Force of BPBD led by East Aceh Regent H. Hasballah HM Thaib and Head BPBD Syahrizal Fauzi, heading to the location to check the damage arising from the effects of natural disasters.

East Aceh Regent H. Hasballah HM.Thaib at the location of the damaged house said that the five houses will be rehabilitated or rebuilt with APBK 2018 emergency response fund.

"Immediately rebuilt and we have seen firsthand the whole damaged houses are badly damaged, medium and light," said the regent.
